Huckleberry provides a brand new set of quality rain gear & winter boots each year for your growing child.
We are a licensed Outdoor Nature-Based program through DCYF; we accept the Working Connections Child Care subsidy and the Best Starts for Kids subsidy. If you are a family of 3 earning under $123k per year, you may qualify for free tuition.
We also have an independent Tuition Assistance program that we fundraiser for year-round under our nonprofit. This is for families experiencing financial hardships making tuition payments difficult, but do not qualify for state or county subsidies due to household income levels. Please inquire about your financial assistance options!
→ Our tuition breaks down to $14.50/hr.
This rate allows us to pay our teaching staff livable wages with ample paid time off for rest. It also allows us to tend to the land sustainably, pay for proper insurance and licensing fees, and invest in our teaching team’s professional development to ensure your child receives thoughtful, quality care.
